Refund Policy

At TRJ Coaching, we are committed to providing meaningful, engaged, and professional coaching experiences. As coaching is a collaborative process that requires effort, participation, and follow-through from the client, all payments are non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

​

All coaching sessions, packages, workshops, and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Missed or unused sessions

• Early termination by the client

• Changes in client availability or circumstances

Once payment is made, the time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned. This ensures accountability and commitment to the coaching process.

2. No Guarantees of Outcomes

​

While the coaching relationship is designed to support personal clarity, growth, and goal progress, TRJ Coaching does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
Your progress depends on your own engagement, choices, and actions.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advising, or clinical guidance. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals where necessary.

3. Rescheduling Policy

​

Clients may reschedule a session with 24 hours notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at the discretion of TRJ Coaching.

4. Termination of Services

​

TRJ Coaching reserves the right to discontinue services at any time. In the rare event that TRJ Coaching ends the coaching relationship, any prepaid unused sessions may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. If the client chooses to discontinue coaching, no refunds will be issued.

5. Acknowledgment

​

By purchasing or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
